Complete restructure (BREAKING CHANGES)

I am doing a restructuring of this program.
The entire program, even the reorganizing (see #288), it still is a massive mess.

So, I will a list of tasks to restructuring, I doing this on a branch in my fork
Also, after merging, you can edit, add or remove if you like.

TASKS:

• Use python-poetry
• Use ruff for linting
• Add type hints (note: partially, check if reorganized all scripts)
• Reorganizing utils
• Reorganizing vendor (confusablesCustom)
• Reorganizing auth
• Reorganizing community_downloader
• Remove shared_imports
• Reorganizing files (include config)
• Reorganizing logging
• Reorganizing operations
• Reorganizing prepare_modes
• Reorganizing user_tools
• Reorganizing vaildation
• even more stuff (could list here coming soon)

Since its a massive reorganizing, this could have some breaking changes...
