Switch to smart mode after filter already ran

So: I always run the sensitive mode when using the tool. Sometimes it's a small list of results, sometimes it's massive.
When it's massive, I kind of would want to just switch to smart mode and atleast report those. If those are gone already, that'll be a big change.
if it's a small amount of results, I'll go and exclude and then report. But if it's a lost, just smart fliter and get it over with.

But right now there's no way to switch to smart mode after you've already select sensitive mode and are looking at the results
