tiddlywiki backstage includes upload tiddler interface in tiddlers tab

This means the tiddlers tab is customized.

Without it, the default tiddlers tab (from plain TiddlyWiki) could be used.

Uploading a binary is probably better handled elsewhere, and allow for things like setting title and tags.

I'm going to defer all of these issues (#958, #959, #960, #961, #966) until the TiddlySpace Bar progresses (either these get fixed by that, or it gets rejected and we can then fix these issues directly).
