The package version I downloaded is named in the above image; ran on a win11 machine.

Thanks @EZecarias this seems to be an issue that crops up from time to time for nw.js, the platform that underlies TiddlyDesktop:

nwjs/nw.js#8054

Hopefully you can override the warning; it seems that there may not be much that we can do about this.
