Currently, when you edit a tiddler in TiddlyDesktop, if it is in a subfolder of tiddlers such as tiddlers/meta/Home.tid, Home.tid will be moved up to the tiddlers folder when it is edited and saved through TiddlyDesktop.
In larger projects, this can make the tiddlers folder difficult to navigate when it is necessary, and often require the user to re-sort their .tid files into the proper subfolder. Could it be made possible to preserve the original .tid file's location in a subfolder when it is edited through TiddlyDesktop?
