I cant put hexagons in the atom square thingies

I cant put hexagons in squares, i removed the rectangle, and tried

1. Left clicking
2. Right clicking
3. Dragging it in
4. Trying every possible hexagon thing and dragging it in
5. Holding shift and dragging it in
6. Holding ctrl and dragging it in
7. Holding a cup of water and dragging it in
8. Looking the other way while dragging it in
9. Dragging it in 16 times
10. Dragging it out
11. Dragging the square in a position that has the hexagon thing in the perfect spot
12. Dragging the square into the hexagon
13. Telling the hexagon to drag itself into the square (it wouldnt listen)
14. Being very gentle and kind to the hexagon
15. Being very rough and mean to the hexagon
16. Un hexing the gon

none of these solutions have worked and the hexagon is yet to be put inside the square so I ask help from the gods of cellpond to help me hexagon the square (please)

figured it out, it's not the hexagon anymore, it's the triangle
