表情图标不显示，不知道是什么问题

你这个issue 和 #62 提到的已经不是 CommonMark 的问题了。

这两个功能属于 GFM （GitHub Flavored Markdown）的范畴，CommonMark 的超集。不应该是 wemark 这个基本库需要解决的。

如果真需要的话，可能得额外加一些扩展功能了……

另外有图片的大小问题，需要在图片 load 完成之后设置图片宽高，参考：https://github.com/ZhuPeng/mp-githubtrending/blob/master/third-party/wemark/wemark.js#L41
