MediaWiki pages lost. Restore from archive.org on github wiki. #9

For some reason the mediawiki we were using on sourceforge has gone prematurely offline. There are two links on the data access page (https://treebase.org/treebase-web/urlAPI.html) that still point to this old wiki, and replacement pages have not yet been created. Luckily they've been crawled by archive.org:

https://web.archive.org/web/20130306042254/http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/treebase/index.php?title=OAI-PMH

The contents of these pages needs to be pasted into new github wiki pages, marked up correctly, then pointed to from the data access page.
