Unable to get past the Discovery phase of USBToolBox

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Windows Program
Enter Port Discovery
Hangs at Getting Controllers...

Debugging information
Unable to get debug_dump to work or create log file

Gigabyte/Aorus B550
