MN Sediment - Add blank report section

User Story

(continued from previous issue)

1. In the "SELECT SCENARIOS" section of the sidebar, user has configured the Sediment model and clicks the "Continue" button.
2. In the "BUILD A REPORT" section of the sidebar, user clicks the "Open Report" button.
3. The report modal opens
4. The sediment model results are visible in a section of the report

Tasks

• If the Sediment Model was successfully configured, add a new collapsible section of the report titled "Sediment Machine Learning Model"
