Parent issue is #1544

In the "Sediment Model" section of the report:

  • At the top of the sediment model report section, add a yellow warning box that contains warning messages or disclaimers about the sediment model. We will need to coordinate with Will Lund and Joel Groten about what these might be.
  • At the bottom of the sediment model report section, add a Citations section that includes these citations. The text should link to the reports. We should double-check that these citations are formatted correctly for USGS citations (I don't think they are).
    • Lund, J.W. and Groten, J.T., 2022, Extreme gradient boosting machine learning models, suspended sediment, bedload, streamflow, and geospatial data, Minnesota, 2007-2019: U.S. Geological Survey data release, https://doi.org/10.5066/P9VOPSEJ.
    • J. William Lund, Joel T. Groten, Diana L. Karwan, Chad Babcock, Using machine learning to improve predictions and provide insight into fluvial sediment transport, https://doi.org/10.1002/hyp.14648.
