Include stn stored hydrographs in site report

This is just an image that will be displayed under the real time graphs. This would be for the HWMs only.

• include a button to download the image as an image file
• include images in report

Currently displaying hydrographs in the sensor popups so the code around this line should be helpful

@lprivette , I've been unable to find graphs associated with the HWMs. is it the graphs associated with stormtide sensors we should be including?
