Auto populate UUID/DeviceType/DeviceVersion

The values for things like UUID and such should auto populate. All device specific info should be generated at a level below that which users have access to.

I can get the device type. I can also get the browser name and version from the User Agent string. Unfortunately, I don't think I can auto-populate the device version. Should we change some of the protocol to accommodate this, or should we just use the browser name and version?
