LWI index file is rebuilt needlessly due to <InputFilePath> #24

It is impossible to easily rename the file or folder of the file due to .
You can't reference the same file using relative or absolute path:
LWLibavVideoSource("file") puts file into file.lwi
LWLibavVideoSource("full\path\file") reindexes the same file and puts full\path\file into file.lwi

I think offers no benefits at all and should be removed.
