Is there a need to seperate the rating deduction for a lose in single-elimination group stage tournament, double-elimination group stage tournament and triple-elimination group stage tournament?

I raise this issue because the teams may have different strategies for these three kinds of group stage? If you think this factor is suitable to be negelected from the rating system, feel free to close the issue.
