• search switch to single box on collapse
• fix background distortion on collapse
• add shop by college to homepage, remove extra bs
• fix left/right arrows to be unique ids for respective scroll wheel
• fix scroll wheel left and right restraints (extra tapping doesn't move cards, but moves expected horizontal position)
• fix card width on collapse
• fix blurb on small fade blurb collapse for mobile devices to be smaller
