Weekly itinerary

Hour 1

:00 Check ins: Name, pronouns, how is the job hunt going, highs, lows, < 3 minutes each

:15 Goals: what is the goal for today < 1 minutes each

:20 1st pomodoro 25 minutes

:45 Break time 5 minutes get snack goal check in and chit chat

:50 2nd pomodoro 25 minutes

Hour 2

:15 Break time 2 check ins for second hour admits and goal updates for previous checkins

:25 Optional 3rd pomodoro or vent/gab/resource swap sesh

:50 check outs: how was the sesh, achievements unlocked

For larger groups or when requested open additional break out rooms for group work (in general material building (cover letters, portfolios, resumes, etc.) and related intensive job hunt support should be recommended/directed to mondays tech interview study group, but short reviews, questions, support will always be allowed in pack hunt if other members are available and willing)
Always have focus room and group work room available.
