[FEATURE] Swipe between favorite cities

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It will be better if the user can switch between their favorite cities on the weather screen.

Describe the solution you'd like
When user opening fragment_weather(Screen.Weather), make a request from the database to get user's favorite cities. If user has favorite cities make request from network to get weather from first favorite city. User can swipe between favorite cities.
