New data-bridges-client

Releases first version of DataBridges python client created with open-api-generator.

Note this is a completely new package compared the previously released databridesapi v1.0.0. Note this also includes a change to the package name to data-bridges-client.

This client is autogenerated with open-api-generator on the basis of the API swagger documentation. As such, the package version is set to match the API version it was created for. This release is for API version 2.0.0.
