It would be good to manage heirlooms (especially Staff) in accordance to current situation. Being more specific, when we are in World we would use Staff with Efficiency boosted, whereas when we are within Map we prefere to use Heirloom with maximum Drop Rate, especially when it is consistent with map type (Mountain & Metal Drop Rate etc.)
