Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, only WGS-84 coordinates are allowed for substation and turbine positions, which makes it difficult to encode generic layouts based on distances from a reference point.
Describe the solution you'd like
To support ORBIT compatibility, a new kilometer based (x, y) pair should be supported, so that (0, 0), and (0, 1) could be used in place of place-specific coordinates.
Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A, this has been a requested feature since inception.
Additional context
