I removed the section on XMPP from the setup wise 4.7+ documentation:
https://github.com/WISE-Community/WISE/wiki/How-to-Setup-WISE-v4.7-and-newer:-Stable-Deployment-Model.

We'll need to remove references to XMPP from the code next. This can be in v4.8 release.
