Card icon mismatch

Note

It should show all events to have the "info" icon instead of the mail one (mail is for people cards)

This issue stems from here: https://github.com/WSU-Society-of-Computer-Developers/website2/blob/master/src/components/UtilizationCard.js#L10

This is something that most likely needs to be refactored in general because I was super lazy when I made this and recycled its use for both people and events.
