Link to relevant pages in their achievement listing

The most obvious example is the achievement for reading the code of conduct. It might be nice if the achievement directly links to the code page. Similarly the achievement for suggesting a game or posting forum post could link to the relevant pages (with a warning that spam will be deleted).

We could allow full markdown on the achievement descriptions, and have the relevant parts of the description be links to the relevant content.
