Resting State Stats removes intermediate files
Resting State Stats script now removes unneeded, intermediate files.
Resting State Stats
This release is to be used for running the additional Resting State Stats pipeline. It contains all the changes up through version v3.6.0 Release Candidate d that were made for processing HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion Data. However, the changes for HCP 7T data have not been fully tested.
v3.6.0 Release Candidate d
Release candidate d for processing HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion Data.
Fixes a bug in split of Task fMRI Analysis pipeline into version 1.0 and version 2.0. Bug involved assuming that the v1.0 and v2.0 script files could be invoked from the dispatching script from within the current directory (the . directory).
v3.6.0 Release Candidate c
Release candidate b for processing HCP 7T data and LifeSpan Prisma 3T Diffusion Data. This version splits the Task fMRI Analysis pipeline into version 1.0 to be used with FSL version 5.0.6 and earlier and version 2.0 to be used with FSL version 5.0.7 and later.
Update 24 Apr 2015
There is a known bug in Task fMRI Analysis in this version. Please use v3.6.0-RCd (or later) instead.

General Electric Field Maps - Untested
This pre-release integrates code supplied by Gaurav Patel of Columbia University to support the use of Gradient Echo Field Maps generated by General Electric scanners for readout distortion correction. These changes have not yet been tested.
Diffusion QC Additions
Added switches to enable production of outlier statistics and enable outlier replacement in diffusion preprocessing.
External Documentation Improvements
Moved Release Notes, Installation, and Usage information along with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to the project wiki.
