Integrate Pokemon filters with PvPoke

This a request to integrate the functionality of pvpoke.com (https://github.com/pvpoke/pvpoke) with ReactMap so that players can use a slider bar to filter upon the Pokemon of a particular GBL league of a particular rank. For example, if the player wanted to see rank 1 to 50 top Electric Cup Pokemon according to pvpoke.com rankings, then the player could select the Electric Cup and then use a slider to filter their selection.
