This fixes an issue where sometimes a cached version of the map is saved in a user's browser, most commonly when a user is using the built in Discord browser, and the outdated cache does not align with the server version. This previously caused nothing at all to load on the map and no feedback to the user. This now catches the error earlier on and displays a lengthy error on how the user might fix it.
