Season of Discovery is different enough that having a load option for it feels warranted. And hopefully this won't be the last time for that api. Fixes: WeakAuras#5533

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd love to see load condition toggles for game modes like Hardcore and Seasonal (SoD) for the classic era client.
E.g.
C_GameRules.IsHardcoreActiveif you only want the group/aura to load on hardcore andC_Engraving.IsEngravingEnabledif you only want the group/aura to load on Season of Discovery.This would be really useful for next weeks fresh release of Era and Hardcore while the Season of Discovery development is still actively progressing at the same time.
