I'd like to also install it on my mac and be able to demo it while I'm on my European self-sovereign identity tour, so whatever else is required to reproduce your demo would be appreciated.

Great! Try the install instructions and running the example in the readme. Let us know if you hit any glitches. You will need a local IPFS daemon running for the IPFS part, although we could roll that in to a future version.

There is a GDrive use cases document. I'm planning on working it with folks and then posting it.
