Incorrect link to doc for categories

Describe the issue

At least for categories, the anchor to the documentation is auto-generated and become categorys when it should be categories.

I already tried

• I've read and searched the documentation.
• I've searched for similar issues in this repository.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to http://localhost/api/categories/
2. Click See the Weblate's Web API documentation for detailed description of the API.
3. You end up at the top of the api.html page instead of at the correct anchor: https://docs.weblate.org/en/weblate-5.0.2/api.html#categories
