Email list-unsubscribe header does not include domain

Describe the issue

RFC 8058 (and RFC 2369) expects the URL to have FQDN. Currently Weblate does not have one, just paths.

This happens on both hosted.weblate.org, and self-hosted ones.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. View header of email from hosted.weblate.org (or a self-hosted one, as well)
2. Look for List-Unsubscribe header.

Expected behavior

Has full URL (or email address) as defined by RFC 2369.
