The JWT app type will be deprecated in June, 2023. We recommend that you create Server-to-Server OAuth or an OAuth apps to replace the functionality of a JWT app in your account. See below for frequently asked questions about this change.

So this library should be re-generated / re-worked in order to use Server-to-Server OAuth. Is it feasible or should we seek for an alternative?

Hi, thanks for the notice. We're not using this library heavily at the moment, so I cannot guarantee that it will be updated.

We're open to receiving a PR though, so if you want to propose a switch, we can look into it with you
