Hello,

Yes, this is a great tool and much appreciate the work from developers. Is there any way we can infer for a sample

  1. Total no. of clones
  2. Total no.of subclones
  3. Total CNV changes could be identified in a segment between clone and subclone
  4. Highlighting driver events that could co-occur with subclonal CNV
