The documented API request to Convert Uploaded Test Questions sometimes works, sometimes not, but always returns a client error (406).

Submitted a ticket to the platform.

The support team replied that there is no fix for this.
Hence, we will use the platform UI for test questions creation, instead of uploading them directly.
