For months I thought I was on the latest Xcode because Xcodes said I was. What I didn't notice was that I had been logged out and was actually very behind! This should probably be considered a bit of an error state and should stand out more so it can be corrected.

Perhaps there is a more intelligent threshold than "a month", like a placeholder Xcode row at the top with a login button overlaid on it and some copy like "Log in to see if there are newer Xcode's"
