Hi, I am trying to run the segment-cnv code on the cnv-profile file, but getting the following error -

Which scikit-learn version did you use?

I am using the 1.0.2 version within python 3.7
>>> import sklearn >>> print(sklearn.__version__) 1.0.2
I tried to upgrade it to 1.1.2 as suggested but got this error
