Mining Fatigue triggering repeatedly with debuff protection

Hello,

I have this mod in my new modpack and I've noticed an odd interaction. When the player has any sort of protection against debuffs (the specific protection I saw was the Heart of Creation from Enigmatic Legacy), the mining fatigue continues to try and trigger repeatedly. Just a constant pinging of the mining fatigue sound and it can be frustrating. Not sure if possible to fix but thought I'd bring it up.
