"(betteroceanmonuments) has failed to load correctly" #4

I've just installed the mod, and I've added all the required mods to support it but Better Ocean Monuments is the only one not loading correctly

This is the message I receive when trying to open Minecraft with it

"YUNG's Better Ocean Monuments (betteroceanmonuents) has failed to load correctly
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: null"

I've no idea what to do here or how to fix the problem.
