eye of ender doesn't work #70
Comments
I seem to have the same problem, stronghold don't generate, using Forge 84 and a bunch of mods datapack list: |
Try without Async Locator. I received an incompatibility report in my 1.16.5 backport and it's possible the same issue affects the original mod. |
I've got this issue, don't have Async Locator. EDIT: I might try to compare mod lists later to find a culprit. Here's my list
|
I ran into this issue on 1.19.2. Went for 5k blocks following an eye of ender and it kept going north. The locate command did work though. |
Not sure how to track down this issue. All we do is add the Better Stronghold to the vanilla |
I habe a few ender themed mods installed, so I'll check if any of them modify eyes of ender. I didn't think they did though.
I have a mod from Serilium that lets end pprtal blocks be mined and crafted, think that's related?

towards Better Strongholds. So I imagine it would have to be another
mod or data pack causing issues with eye behavior

since youre not replacing the orginal tag it means that minecraft:stronghold can also be located (in theory) / is part of the tags |
also having this issue. when running /locate structure #minecraft:eye_of_ender_located, it says the nearest one is at 29,000,000, 29,000,000 (0 blocks away) |
I didn't look into the issue any more, I chalked it up to the fact that I pruned chunks on a vanilla world and then added mods to the world. I'm building a new modpack though, so I will be looking to see if the issue pops up in 1.20 |
neither does /locate
im using latest 1.18.2 version of both
