From this line, https://github.com/Yale-LILY/AutoACU/blob/main/autoacu/a2cu.py#L238
it looks like candidates and references need to have the same length or else "out of index" error may occur or candidates may get truncated to the length of references.
Can you help me understand this part? Thanks!
