[Request] Creature camera watching detection

I was pretty sure camera watching detection had already been requested a bunch for mods like scopophobia, but I didn't see any requests here. Feel free to close this if it has been and I missed it.

Coilheads would stop moving while being watched, the bracken would look at you, and of course, the shy guy would come to pay you a visit :)
