Uploading env:webserver

I am having an issue uploading env:webserver (platform-espressif32). In flatformio,ini, the default upload_protocol = esptool. I got the following error:
1. Serial port /dev/ttyACM0
2. Connecting......................................
3. A fatal error occurred: Failed to connect to ESP32-S3: No serial data received.

I checked STM32F411CEU6 and it does not support esptool. I have tried several other upload protocol that supported by both platform-espressif32 and STM32F411CEU6, but had no success.

I appreciate if someone can give tips to get around the issue.
