How to correctly set the time of sending netflow #224

I can't understand a little what parameters I need to configure in sysctl netflow to send netflow every 1 min on my collector

net.netflow.active_timeout set 60 sec?
net.netflow.inactive_timeout sset 60 sec?
or
net.netflow.refresh-rate set 60?
