Having a Python function-based utility requires some experience with Python and programming in general. I have come across some tools in the InSAR community, such as ISCE and MintPy, which have a config file/template file style interaction. Where the execution details are hidden, you mostly interact with the config file and terminal. All processing steps can be indicated in the config file, which is a TXT or XML file.
I'll work on this feature on my fork and then consider integrating it into the main branch.
