about the backgrounds and annotions datasets

hi,your available datasets do not include backgrounds and annotions, how can i generate augment_highway_maskrcnn data with your python code?

Each sequence has annotations in a csv file named "annotations.csv" in the same folder as its images.
Backgrounds used for the paper were open source images obtained by searching for airports and highways.
Commands for generating augmented data are in the argument section of labeling_tool/batch.md.
