Implement Upload document feature

It would be great if there was a helper method to upload a document using the output of the Upload.CreateUploadDestinationForResource method. I'm currently using a raw RestSharp request but this is proving problematic and I can't get it to work just yet!

I think these helpers should be in a separate package since and try to keep this library as close to the amazon docs as possible.
Same with the Report Manager, I mentioned this here #76 (comment)

Hi, yeah I am doing that, but that only gives you the details you need to use to do the upload, its the actual upload I can't get working. This is why I think it would be useful to have a method that accepts the output of the above as an input parameter, or something that just wraps the whole thing in a single method.

The Url starts like: https://s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/buyer-seller-messaging-prod-draft-attachment-eumarketplace/%2F087/068c88c5-6519-450c-bf54-96d2037f6c40?

I'm wondering if its to do with the %2F087/ portion? I think this should be ?key=
