I have made an error in the grading settings and only found out after bulk grading all 235 participants to wrong grades. In order to be able to change the "Individual grades" field for re-grading, I needed to manually set everyone back to "No grade" first.

I suggest having a "Remove grade" action in the "Bulk processing" area of the Submissions page for this situation.
