Feature Request:Location at Course Level

Hello and thank you for moodle-mod_organizer.

The request is to allow Location to be defined at the course level - that is defined by the teacher who knows this information best. In a monolithic school environment, central data entry of location probably works best, but in other models where teachers and locations are dispersed it does not.
