Feature "Print user fields" does not use any default values for existing instances #63

Prerequisites:

You have a Moodle installation with an installation of mod_organizer which does not contain the "Print user fields" feature
You have existing instances of mod_organizer in your courses

Steps to reproduce:

Upgrade the installation of mod_organizer to the latest 3.7 version
During the upgrade, configure the standard values for the "Print user fields" feature
Search for an existing instance of mod_organizer in any course
Go to this instance
Click the printer icon in a row of the slots overview table

Expected result:

Even though this activity instance was created before the plugin upgrade, you are still able to print the slot
For printing the slot, the default values which were set by the admin are used

Actual result:

As this activity instance was created before the plugin upgrade, you are not able to print the slot
The print slots page just says "==> Printing is not possible. There are no user fields defined. See the organizer settings"
