I recently learned of this tool http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/versions.lumenize.com/docs/lumenize-docs/index.html#!/api/Lumenize.TimeSeriesCalculator

that looks like it could be very powerful in generating results for how much time issues spend in a target status. I should investigate using it in this tool.
